Guests in a NYC studio

As you may have already seen. Kevin has had a visit from Joe Bonamassa and Anton fig in the studio. This is something we really wanted to happen. Great stuff!

LAST NIGHT IN STUDIO (for now)

Thats us done for this time. 4 weeks 11 songs.

We're finally doing a real rock record!

Kevin's been a real inspiration. Most stuff cut live. We have some bits and pieces left to record before christmas and then mixing in LA in January.

This is some cool shit! Hey! We we always said that one day this band was going to amount to something. We're getting there!

STUDIO OCTOBER 2011 / FIRST WEEK DONE!

OUR WORKPLACE!

Three songs done the first week. We're finishing each song as we go along which is an unusual but very exiting way of working for us. Every song gets its own treatment.

Kevin is definitely the man for the job. This album will be a real hardcore classic rock record with the blues knocking on the door!

We're keeping busy but we will update this blog when we can.

A new power generator was delivered to Linköping, and all of a sudden there were no more power cuts! We were back in the saddle again. Great show and audience!

THIS YEARS SHOW IN HOMETOWN STOCKHOLM BECAME QUITE AN EMOTIONAL AFFAIR.
IT ALL HAPPENED AT THE END OF THE FIRST SONG "LAST LOOK AT EDEN"
A MAJOR POWER CUT LEFT THE STAGE COMPLETELY QUIET FOR OVER 10 MINUTES
THE BAND SHOWED THE PROFESSIONALISM AND CAME BACK AND DID A GREAT SHOW.

THE ABSOLUTE HIGHLIGHT FOR THE BAND HOWEVER WAS WHEN THE EXCELLENT GUITARPALYER JOE BONAMASSA JOINED THEM ON STAGE FOR THE ENCORE "DOGHOUSE"

Before heading to our third gig in Grebbestad we were invited for lunch at our tour manager Staffan's place in Gothenburg.
This is where Mic showed his talents as a magician. The bewildered audience is Staffans daughter.

We should really add this trick to the Europe show!........or perhaps not......

AND A 'SPINAL TAP' MOMENT AS JOEY WAS ABOUT TO SHOOT BIG SMOKE OUT OVER THE AUDIENCE WITH A BIG KANON AT THE VERY END OF THE SHOW......ONLY A FEW DROPS CAME OUT!!!!!

We were very pleased with this opening gig for this Swedish tour. It went better than we expected. Something usually goes wrong on the first gig on a tour, but tonight felt great.

We're not too happy with playing only one hour and 15 minutes, so we played on a bit longer tonight.

Fun to play the new song Doghouse again. One thing is for sure. That song will be well rehearsed when we go into the studio in October.

We've always had a strong connection with our italian fans.

Fabulous crowd! We hung around and checked out Whitesnake, Mr Big and a bit of 'Judas' as well.

Hello there!

Just got back from Finland. We had a good time and the gig went pretty smooth.

Here is a recent pic from our rehearsal room outside Stockholm. Preparing for the summer festivals and trying out some new song ideas. We will go into the studio in October, mixing in January and release around April 2012. If everything goes according to plan.

We're starting to get exited about going back into the studio after all the touring on LLAE (the album that refuses to die)

Doghouse was the first new track and we felt that it was a great approach for the next c.d.. More straight forward rocknroll. We've got some great ideas cooking and we will keep you posted this autumn from the studio.

Meanwhile we hope you enjoy our new live DVD and the Live Look At Eden book coming out soon.

Maybe we'll see you out there this summer.

Hello friends

What a show last night! The audience really made it a special. Completely sold out this year! Things are moving in the right direction for us. Hopefully next year we will perform in an even bigger venue. We had loads of cameras rolling. The new DVD with really cool extra material will be out in May/June. It feels good to deliver a different show to the one featured on our last DVD from 20o4. The Gary Moore tribute and the New song DOGHOUSE feels like excellent additions to our show. We haven't really played More than meets the eye in a long time either. We really enjoy these new extra bits and we have come to realize how much the audience appreciate it. Also we are so pleased with our light designers work on stage. The look is great!
The tour is going really well and we will update this blog with films and pics as we go along........so please keep visiting.
